Service-now.com provides an advanced ITIL Service Management solution. As an Implementation Consultant, I support companies such as NYSE Euronext, Deutsche Bank and more.
I have previously been employed with Logica, within the Professional Service department. This involved working with a range of clients and vendors, such as the Crown Prosecution Service, Paradigm with the Ministry of Defence, Aruba Networks and 3.
In August 2004, I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first class honours degree in Computer Science. Afterwards, I spent 2 months in Sri Lanka as a volunteer, teaching English in the local schools. I am an Emergency Transport Attendant with St John Ambulance, and have studied Human Biology with the Open University.
